Shipping and other important Policy information
Credit Card Information:
We do not see or collect any Credit Card information from our customers. Our back end payment system is processed through Stripe, an encrypted third party payment system.
We typically ship out our orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and on occasion with the United Parcel Service (UPS) when appropriate.
We will contact you via email right after you have placed an order to confirm that your order is accurate and to ensure that:
1. The order content is correct and
2. That the shipping address is accurate.
Please review this email confirming your order contents and that your shipping address listed on the order is correct. Contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (248.676.2535) if the information is not correct. This ensures that we ship the right products to you and also prevents us from shipping your order to the wrong location.
Shipping times will vary depending on the product ordered. Most orders are shipped 1 – 2 working days from receipt of order. If you require your order by a specific day, it is best to contact us by telephone (248.676.2535) or email (email@example.com) to determine if we can accommodate your shipping schedule. This is important if you are looking to have your order shipped overnight, next day or even within two business days. We will do our best to accommodate getting your order out as quickly as we can.
International shipping (outside the United States) is through the Post Office. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 days from receipt of order. Taxes or Custom Fees/Duty are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will provide a tracking number for your order so you can track the progress of your package (i.e. USPS). Please check for an email containing this information in your inbox. You may need to check your spam folder to ensure that your email provider has not put the tracking email into that folder.
If you have an issue with one of our products, please inform us. If you would like to return the product for a refund or another product just let us know. Please contact us before returning a product. If there is a refund, it will be for the purchase price of the product.
All products are backed by a 5 year replacement policy.
